Roman Lewszyk

Chief Executive Officer

Roman Lewszyk has been managing and expanding the Moventum group since 2015. He has an extensive, 25 years of professional experience in the global financial sector. From 1995 to 1998 he worked in the capital markets department of the Washington branch of KPMG. After 1998 he held senior executive positions at Forum Financial and Citigroup. As Managing Director and Global Head of Citigroup’s Transfer Agency between 2003 and 2009, Roman Lewszyk managed the company’s transfer agent operations in Europe, North America and Asia, with assets under administration totaling more than $900 billion. He also headed two of Citigroup’s international divisions – Citigroup Europe and Citigroup International, both constituting the group’s Center of Excellence for fund services, staffed by some 1,000 employees. Back in the nineties, Roman Lewszyk was an adviser to the Chairman of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission.

Michael Jensen

Executive VP and Head of Asset Management

For 30 years, Michael Jensen has been working in various positions in the financial and fund industries. In 2002, he joined Moventum as Head of Asset Management. Since then, he has also been the lead portfolio manager for the MoventumPlus Active portfolios. Michael Jensen not only started Moventum's asset management business, but has continued to develop it for more than a decade. In 2007 MoventumPlus Active portfolios were supplemented by umbrella funds. The low-volatility MoventumPlus Private Wealth Management product, developed after the financial crisis, has been successfully distributed since 2012. In 2013, Michael Jensen was named Executive Vice President, becoming a member of the Executive Management of Moventum SCA. Following the acquisition of a supranational organization as an asset management client for Moventum in 2015, he and his team succeeded in launching managed strategies in USD, CHF and GBP.

Sabine Said

Executive Vice President

After studying law at the University of Trier, Germany, Sabine Said went on to do her practical training, part of which took place in the USA. She successfully completed her education in 2005 by passing the 2nd Legal State Examination. She joined Moventum the same year, starting as Compliance Officer in which role she was instrumental in establishing the Legal and Compliance Department. She is now Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal and Compliance, thus being the contact for regulatory bodies in Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and elsewhere. Sabine Said has been a member of the Management Committee since 2006 and in 2013 she was named Executive Vice President, becoming a member of the Executive Management of Moventum. Among her major achievements to date are the implementation of MiFID and various anti-money laundering guidelines.
